Asa J. Nilsson-Klemack is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, a member of the national, state and local REALTORS® association, and an active associate member of the Lake Norman Home Builders Association. Asa and her husband, Donald, relocated to the Lake Norman area in 2001 from Columbus, Ohio. Now residing in Huntersville, they love their community, neighbors, and proximity to everything. Asa and Donald are both members of St. Mark's Catholic Church and the OSU Alumni Club of Charlotte. When Asa is not helping her clients, she enjoys decorating her home (and her friends’ homes), shopping for “bargains,” cooking, entertaining, yoga, reading, walking, traveling and exploring new places. She is fluent in Swedish, is learning to play soccer, and loves meeting new people and learning new things.
